Poems from hdoran
When I love her,
she shines for me,
just me – a secret smile,
hiding tears darkening
her brown lashes,
until they make her
more beautiful...
There is a river running through your soul,
and it’s just begging you to drown.
Not die.
Just abandon yourself to its ebbs and flows,
crest...
This is my town.
Our town where she ran me ragged.
She was always running.
Running around in circles in two bit town.
Never getting...
Dead legs dragging,
She'll cut them off
To save the whole,
Sad but not sorry,
Wishing for wings.
Desperate to fly because walking here was...
Oh, her future burns,
Burning bright
Like a pyre for god,
Burning bright,
As her past burns.
She is the phoenix.
