Poems from Mckinnah
The weight is too much for me to bear
I carry it anyway and I endure
I decide which mask to wear
For me to hide I’m never sure
Heartache is what I feel
Will power
It’s how I drown it
Taking it’s very breath away
Until…..
Heartache is dead
I no longer feel...
Persistent yelling
Anguish
Issues
Never ending sorrow
A way to escape
Radiant colors
Timeless and full of
Inspired beauty
Sacred in practice
Tainted emotions
Damage has been done
Everyone cried
A time without sun
Their friend has died
Happiness is gone
