I am an inspired sketch artist and writer. I don't really have big dreams an most poetry I write reflects how my own heart is feeling. I write my own stories as well an fan fiction. I gained a scholarship for my artwork a while back an it was the proudest moment of my life an I hope I can get somewhere with my life someday. All I am saying is dreams do come true and just keep trying.
I'm out on the ledge,
Eyes closed and still.
Heart racing with anticipation,
And fear.
The silence is deafening.
Yet the wind fills...
My emotions are a mess,
So many feelings twirling around from a broken heart.
Not knowing when it will end, or when it had a chance to...
I would always set out and enjoy the summer nights.
Staring at the stars peeking through as they shined down.
Like the glow of the same...
In that moment, time slows, to a stop.
It freezes to a halt, as I make my stand.
With strong legs planted firmly to the land.
Arms held...
There is so much that the heart can take.
So many beats, until if finally misses, that it can make.
It's fragile and small,
Yet strong...
