How lovely our world is.

The beauty of the deeps.

Dance, dance the night away.
Lords and ladies of the sky.
I watch while the night holds sway.
Resting against the cool ground.

There have passed I lonely days.
In the house my sister left.
I sat long by her bedside.
With the pain only she could heft.

A bird in a cage.
Watching all the life around.
Captured, full of pain.
Alone, only thoughts unbound.
