Hey everyone,
I'm a very thoughtful and introspective aspiring writer.
I've gone through some heavy stuff and writing helps tremendously and I joined powerpoetry to keep me inspired and going and help deal with the demons. I love music, making independent short films and music videos and of course writing.
Safely, Sail safely
I care not for the wisdom of the world
Maybe, just maybe
The waves will drag me down in their curls
This flimsy raft...
Dusk died with a melancholy hue
That is when I recognized the twilight of my youth
Marching towards tombstone tile
Solemnly in single file...
Skin like frozen glass
Eyes in pewter casts
My mouth writes an open invitation
For you to explore
The caverns these thoughts came from...
I can feel myself slipping
The colors are already blurring
Their neon lights are speeding
But I'm barely breathing
I am trapped in...
Dig a little deeper
Fill your hourglass quicker
Don't let a grain of time go by
Without filling them with good times
Each word spoken...
