Zen: Peace of mind

Clear your mind and close your eyes

Sit with legs crossed or on your knees and rest your hands on you knee or thigh.

Ignore all suroundings and block out sound and take soft deep breaths in and out.

Picture something calm in your head or even imagine yourself on a cloud softer than you bed.

Just relax, bring peace in your head to a max.

Clear all negitivity and bring on focus peace and harmony.

If you do this my friend then all in the end you will find you zen.
