You Have Given Me

When Mountains are hard to climb and oceans are tough for me to swin, I know you will be swimming with me. When harsh words are said and tears fall from my eyes I know you will be there holding me and wiping them away. On days when my workload is heavy and I am really tired, you wait till I am alseep and try to finish what I have started for me, so I could rest. And though you do it wrong I cannot help but smile at the fact that you cared so much.

You have given me things no one else ever has. You have given me your eyes when I could not see my way out of a dark situation. You have given me your legs when the thought of taking a step forward was too much to bare. You gave me your voice when I could not say the words " I need help." But most important you gave me your heart when mine was broken. And for those moments, those memories, our love is stronger than it ever was. Our fights never last long, and out bond is unbreakable. Because as I love you, you love me unconditionally.
