worrying that what I want to say isn't worth the read.

Ripping a page out because I already 

  fucked something up only

  the first line in.

I want to convey thoughts effectively

and I want people to understand what I'm saying

and I want people to feel understood

and I want and I want and I want and I want..

stop.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Resume.

What if my poems all sound the same?

And what if I never write any of them

  exactly the way I want to?

What if they're not good enough for anyone,

  what if they're stupid?
