Juxtaposition that will give your mind something to rattle about. Rather than it rattling over what you didn’t do that one time and the words you left unsaid.
I can set tones.
I can give them colors.
The very words and perfect phrases, straight and blunt or hyperbolized, can swim into your conscious or subconscious and trigger nerve cells to zip and zap.
Bing, bang.
Clang, clang, clickity-clack
BOOM.
Onomatopoeia.
I can give you my writing.
I can leave a poet at your doorstep.
And that’s about it.
And you can accept the offer, it’s not too shiny and I don’t use pretty wrapping paper or pastel pink bows.
