Writers Block 1

Something grips at you

Close you eyes and it will bite

Begging doesn't help

It doesn't make it want to stop

You clench onto the one pencil

The one dream, one life, one goal

The wood spreads along the table

As the pencil breaks in two

Graphite falls onto your hands

Then *ding*

A light turns on in you head

The pencil becomes one again

Words start to fill your mind

The world pieces itself together

Everything starts to fit together

Paragraphs fill up the paper

But...

Edits bring you to realize

You really didn't change a thing

For six hours

You were stuck

Trying to get past

The one wall you can barely pull over
