Why's your pretty face this uniform?

Under the moonlight I was lost
It was only I, myself and my ghost
Busy trying to shoot the stars with stones
Till my muscles got worn
Then I saw you running crazy
Trying to kick the waves back into the ocean
And I knew you weren't crazy
You were just trying to control your emotions
Hadn't seen your face but already fell in love with your grace
Your presence was a perfect place because you put my heart in a tireless race
So I asked you to tell me,were you born
Or did the angels get torn for you to form
Your eyes and your nose are in unison
Why's your pretty face this uniform
