Why I Write

My writing is an expression, my feelings from the past and present.

My words are for myself, but I want to inspire and help.

I write for those who got left behind, to show them it'll be alright.

I write for serenity and tranquility, I write because it's my deepest ability.

And when my heart fails to cry, I grab a pen and paper and I write.

My words are a hand reaching the broken, they are plasters which heal the scars so open.

I wish to inspire, to show people they can aim higher.

That happiness isn't a choice between "yes" and "no", that it's possible to to love and let go.

I get depressed and upset and I turn to my words, because they help heal all the hurt.

And though sometimes words may stab, they're better than people because they never judge back.
