I write down stuff to get things off my chest

It aint a love song but it’s my 2^nd very best

It makes me feel better when I let it all out

I’m like a big road I just need to find my route

The more I write the more people understand

It aint by force but it’s a nice command

It lets me be me & only me

Like I’m sitting on the stars but it’s only a dream

I can sit all day and talk about me

But I rather write it down lying on this tree

It gives me hope and faith to see my book so filled

Like I’m on a rollercoaster getting all those chills

My writings are personal

It’s only for me

Don’t let people see it cuz it’s a piece of me

So if I show you my writings you better feel special

It means I truly care and our relationship is hopeful

As my life goes by I can’t help but wonder

It is really real or is it all just a blur

I have my dreams and I have my doubts

Gotta get myself together gotta figure it out

Success is the key to have a better life

If you want it all you need to go up in fight

It will always be hard just never forget

You gotta work it till you make it and then you’re all set
