Why I Write

Be kind to all, and go where you choose.
These lessons I learned from dear Dr.Seuss .
He taught me that true expression comes from within.
Not just from books, or what I can write with a pen.
To be fully me I must never be point blank,
I must leave answers unanswered to make people think.
That way there can be more to my story than what I believed,
Because others can change the moral to fit what they need.
So I write for me, I write for good fun.
I write so that others can learn from what I have done.
Because I believe that if one life I can change for the better,
Then maybe, just maybe, that person will live happy forever.
So think for yourself, don’t go off of just what I know.
Although others are helpful in steering you in the direction to go,
Create your own path, and move your own feet.
Once your own rhythm instills you can sit back, and take a seat.
