Why do I write?

Location

Why do I write? The question is simple, yet the answer is not.
I write to be heard over the voices that drown me out,
to give a voice to my opinions, to show that even I have ideas that should be sought.
I write because I know that what I say is important even if I may be full of doubt.

Why do I write? The question is simple yet the answer is not.
I write to give a voice to those who have finally given up
because they think their fight is already fought
even though they are still determining how full is their cup.

Why do I write? The Question is simple yet the answer is not.
I write because that is how we are heard, the answer is simple even if the question is not.
