72 faces will sit on that stage,

Getting awards for sports, math, and art

Now that we're now on our own. And coming of age,

I'll show the world WHO I AM although Im not super athletic or smart.

I can get into honors just like the rest,

My artwork is pretty alright.

And alothough I could never ace every test,

You can count that Im not going down without a fight!

This is a world where young people fight to show their the best,

We're all scrounging for the school money we need,

So this poem that im cutting. Straight out of my chest,

It's about showing the world WHO I AM, not about greed.

My family is not poor,

My family is not rich,

But my family shouldn't matter to schools,

Its WHO I AM
