Wherefore Lies the Giant
And the Giant sighed, grimace and frown
as its impossible form was broken down.
Bones like steel, warped and bent,
and skin like leather, was easily rent.
No sign its might, no courage seen,
as it was taken down by lesser things.
Laid low by rage, by simple minds,
and executed through His designs.
What once stood tall, towers no more,
a play thing of devils and deceitful whores
