What Would You Change Scholarship Slam: Homeless

Location

Homeless

People on every corner

Begging for spare change

Giving up their pride

In hope for a life’s exchange

Wearing clothes that are torn

Unable to maintain hygiene

They still expose themselves in public

To find ways to get clean

I pray for them always

In hope that their suffering will stop

If I could change one thing

It’s for homeless numbers to drop
