The weather has no corrolation

To us the bright blue sky omits

depressing sunshine, guess it fits

for under clouds he said to me

my eyes were the color

of the sea

and soaked with rain she found a song

which she said as she hummed along

maybe reminded her of me

but she was a blindfold and I wanted to see

And While the thunder boomed outside

He said I didn't have to hide

he gave me pills and smoked me out

and left me completely in doubt

but now he's mad and now she cries

as the sun continues to shine outside

and he's with her and they're in love

with absences of clouds above

and he wants me gone and she wants to die

and I want to pretend my whole life's not a lie

and my legs are week and my mouth is dry

but at least the sun is in the sky
