The Way I See It #YOWO

The way I see it

There's this heartache with no gain

They say get the knowledge

Go to college

Work all your life

And die old feeling accomplished

But what's the point? I do not see

Where's the purpose? What's the key?

The rich fill thier bank accounts

While the poor fill the graveyards

And there's all this money for war

But not enough to help a family that needs a car

The way I see it is the world is real messed up

There's war and violence and everything's corupt

The way I see it

It's a fish eat fish world

Except, we're not fish

Living in a little bowl

We're all individuals

We're all human, right?

So why are people so mean

And always ready to fight?

See, the way I see it

Is from the eyes of a child

Or that's what I've been told

That my ideas are mld

But who gave you the right to judge me

Because the last time I checked

We all started from the same family tree

The way I see it

We are all imperfect

And we've all got a lot to learn

The way I see it

Why are we all grouped?

I mean, if everyone's an individual

Why make us substitute?

I mean

Why spit out statistics

When you don't even understand

That statistics contradict themselves

And just force us all in a bubble

Or a huddle

That they tell us who we are

Instead of us making the numbers

The way I see it

If we're all something different

Then why treat us all

Like we're statistics?

The way I see it

This world's corrupt

Not just the humans that inhabit ti

No, look around

This world's giving up
