Silver lines trace down a foggy pane;
Sliding, slipping through their descent.
A cold night glare streams through,
Showering the window with light
Stunning images like dreams stand shimmering on a wall
Dancing and dazzling in the stormy glow.
However soon a cloud shatters that gleam of a dream,
And suddenly the wall is pale and dank.
And so more water sank
Down the window, leaving slim silver lines down the pane.
