The Warm Glow of Death

I sometimes I wanna die.

I feel like I'm sinking slowly into oblivion.

Morning comes and the troops are to late.

 the war is over.

As she sinks into oblivion the kiss of the morning greets her with a confusingly warm glow.

The ending was a plot twist in her final act.

Recalling her climb to the top of the mountain she remember all of her tumbles down but not one steps up.

The cloud of darkness is no more.

The pain is gone no longer the knife that keeps twisting.

The streets of gold fill with angels as the pearly gates open.

Now she is free from all that plagued her.

Now I am free.
