A View
A passing thought,
And Arguments overfought.
They entagled the mind with works of all kind,
But not a single that could fix what had been done.
Though the damaged healed,
And past agression repealed,
None could erase the time passed fighting.
Come the Summer,
Like the flow of a strummer,
The Days flew by.
Another three months without change,
Though I suppose I am to blame.
School starts, once again.
Tired faces, tired friends.
Controversy arises, President reign on the horizon,
Would Life ever be the same?
Days pass, time goes by, scars given and forgetten.
These days are better ones, free of past action,
And filled with action.
It's cold outside. I wish someone would hold me close,
But I cannot be verbose, for I am weak.
Such is my way, like one messed up play.
The new year is upon on, like the dawn of a new world,
Waiting to be explored. Who knows what I'll find?
Maybe I'll find more of my kind.
