I feel as if I cannot write
I cannot explain
I cannot express

I feel trapped
Inside my own head
with only one thought
which remains incomplete

I want to express my feelings
But I cannot write them
I am failing to grasp
what I desire to let go

I need to breathe
I need to release
But I cannot do either
and this is killing me
