Unbelief

Romans 12:9

9 Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong.

Hold tightly to what is good.

Goodwill

Peace on earth goodwill to man ... dreams of yesteryear

Forced now by governments on unbelieving hearts

Who is first in second birth ... who can be so near?

Chosen in a moment and then soon after to depart

Two thousand years of opportunities and going backward

We really know the better ignoring all facts of history

In unbelief to everyone’s relief on own power going forward

bypassing God’s letters in search of hunger to be free

Silent time faking the find ... disaster close by the door

Expecting quick rewards without an effort given

A stretched out hand showing to receive what it’s hoping for

Like a house of cards falling apart ... simply unforgiving
