Two Souls

Fri, 12/23/2016 - 23:20 -- Henson

The autumn wind,

Brisk and fresh,

Blows a familiar feeling of hopefulness

Towards young lovers.

Two souls,

Each sharing one thought of one another.

Their eyes lock,

For one moment,

The single glance,

Only lasting five seconds,

Contained the same familiar feeling

Of watching a wave crash into the shore.

A kiss,

Warm as a sunset,

 But slower

Sending static chills through the two souls,

Sharing one thought.
