Everybody wants to save the world

But nobody wants to try

Or die

We just watch the Authority

Create the perfect hell for us to live in

We accept the corruption and the sin

Everybody wants to save the world

But nobody knows who to kill

Or how big the fine will be

And one day

When there are no longer any cowering countries to fight for

American Authority will need not a mitlitary core

At least not one to protect our home from war

Everybody wants to save the world

But nobody wants to say they disagree

Or acknowledge what we truly need our Authority to be

We see them neglect the increasing population of poor souls

Because they just bought something very nice

And someone has to pay the price

Everybody wants to save the world 

But nobody can afford to do anything

Or have the heart to selltheir wedding ring 

It will never end

Everybody wants to save the world

Or at least say they did

But they dont know why
