The Truth In Me

Location

Remove from me this veil that hides the reflection of my soul. As the grey ivy cloaks the mirror, my knife escapes me. The wolf inside me howls for air. My amber heart cannot live in such bondage. But, as the tiger within me roars, the air fills my lungs. Transforming all grey into marvelous swrilling colors. And, as the rainbow flows through my eyes, I glean my knife. As I perforate the veil, the peace that is self-realization shines into the darkest rooms of my mind. Setting free all thoughts that I have imprisoned. The absolute truth.  - Frank J. Rodriguez                 j
