Trayvon's World

The stone of knots in my stomach have reduced my appetite to null and nothing.

How are we to forgive one who has caused so much damage and turmoil.

The tracks of injustice left behind that started to fade and leave no trace have now been replaced by

a trail of hurt, loss, and betrayal.

I feel the tombstone of his gravestone is yet another mark of what this nation has become.

I feel and hear the souls crying out. Lord I call to you now. Lord, we need you. Only you can present the gift and blessing of forgiveness, love, healing, and comfort.

Dear Lord, only you know. So Lord, I forgive this act and mishap. I forgive the side remarks, the jokes, the unbearable lightness which lies in the heart of some.

Dear Lord. I need you now.
