Loved and torn at the heart, 

shoved away then pulled back, 

maybe one day this roller coaster will stop.

Turned around and walked

The narrow path, guided, understood,

never again to be hurt. Seeing the

Creator's face and rejoicing in his name.

At least I am at peace in my heart, 

Knowing all three are one.
