To think we were safe

To think we were safe from the world got parents who gave it there all

Tears fall from my face to the sight of your faith

Don't you understand it kills me more

Lying and hiding from what you did unsure of the life you could take

You're not the little girl who use to be, be by my side laughing always  about nothing

Do my tears mean a thing to you

Does my heart need any more pain

Don't you realize the love that we got for you is more then theirs

Don't you know don't you know

Always afraid of leaving your side afraid of the things you might do

Everywhere you go we're watching you close just to see who you really are

Don't you care about what you leave behind

Don't you see what your living for yet

Little sister you gotta be stronger than they aren't you tired of seeing us cry

Do my tears mean a thing to you

Does my heart need any more pain

Don't you realize the love that we got for you is more then theirs

Don't you know don't you know

Don't you know we are here for you

Don't you care what we say

Can't you see that your not alone

Where ever you go standing real close by your side telling you so that

You're life had only begun

So Do my tears mean a thing to you

Does my heart need any more pain

Don't you realize the love that we got for you is more then theirs
