Entering the restaurant my senses arose.
The permeating Thai spices tickled my nose.
Thai food is what I savor.
The spicy chili pepper tang gives it so much flavor.
One may think it’s Chinese culture.
But that’s like saying a robin is to a vulture.
In a room full of exquisite decor,
I found the meaning to Thai culture and so much more.
Women and agriculture are so divine.
And when one has good agriculture they are the top of the line.
The dining experience was warm and inviting.
But it’s not a good place to go if you’re dieting.
As a delicacy you’re served chips of shrimp and prawn.
And the Buddhist symbol for peace is a fawn.
Woodwork, sculptures, murals and bronze pottery,
Fill the exquisite authentic restaurant with harmony.
Waitresses’ short, pale, with dark hair, and almond-shaped eyes,
That’s the symbolic view of beauty in the Thai culture, much like Chinese, which isn't a surprise.
I admire the Thai values.
Respect your family or fortune you will lose.
Do not be excessively loud.
Anything but peace and tranquility will make you stand out of the crowd.
White, sticky rice is popular in an everyday ordeal.
Tofu is served in several daily meals.
The tropical, Thai ambiance is surreal.
My experience of Thai culture was the best deal.
