These Tears

I am forever warped by these tears.

A stream of tears that I cry,

Not only for me,

But also for you.

Because I'll always love before I'm loved.

Because I'll never be a lover or a loved one.

I cry because words are not enough.

Sobs cannot describe my crying.

For you my crys are like screams.

Scream after scream,

With sobbing and heaving.

But for others they could be silent.

Silence filled with dissapointment

For warping my face for you.

Because what have you done for me?

You left me, ignored me, and betrayed me.

But me?

I cried for you.

Rivers flow and bridges have been built.

Because there was no other way to get over you.

And even some of those bridges are only half built,

Because for some reason I keep coming back.

I come to you and you run from me.

At one point my crys were screams for you,

But your ears turned deaf

to all of my fears.

I am forever warped by these tears.
