Thank you, mom!

Intelligent. Beautiful. Artistic. Independent. Lovable. Courageous. Amazing. Different. You are my person! My motivation, my pride and joy You’re the reason why I’m still going, working hard Because of your example I am trying to do better I’m trying to reach the biggest dream I want to get where you always wanted me to be Your strength, the way you carry yourself as a woman I’ve watched you grow as I’ve grown I’ve seen how you’ve overcame hurtful situations, The struggle of being a single parent.I’m happy to call you Mom! I’m proud of who you are because without you there wouldn’t have had been a me I’m proud of the things you’ve lifted yourself up from. As much as we fight, or we argue You’ll always be my go to, always have my back when I’m about to do something I know I’ll always have you in my corner in this fight called life Thank you for accepting me for who I amThank you for pushing me to do better Thank you for never giving up on me even when I gave up on myself Thank you for showing your strength, and teaching me I can be strong, alsoThank you for being my mom and dad for so many years Thank you for being right there when I look to the side, up or down. Thank you most of all for being my mom!                Love your daughter

Love that you told your mom in this piece that you are proud of her...so powerful.
Check out a piece I posted called The Silver Cord of Friendship, I know you'll relate
