I took a taxi through quiet Cairo streets,
The city's ancient Coptic quarter,
Families strolled hand-in-hand down a wide road,
Past a fifth century church,
I wandered past,
Down an alley,
Entered the Church of St. Sergius and Bacchus,
Martyred by Rome
