Talking to Myself, Again

You're cold.

But I learned to always carry my jacket

You're judgemental.

Now I consider criticism more than just racket

You make me blue.

Perhaps that is why I am infatuated with the color

You're pushy.

But now I take orders like no other

You're mean to me.

I'm nice to others to cancel it out

You're always so negative.

So I joined the cheer team and boy, do I shout.

You're hard on me, that's just fine.

I've learned from you how NOT to live my life.
