Taking A Chance.
Location
Momma always told me nothing is never given. you must work for what you ask for. You must open yo eyes to oppurtunies. Not close yo eyes like blind folds. My life is crazy. Sure life have its ups and downs. but its school that keep me reaching for the sun in the clouds. My time is now. Time is tickin away. Im in 12th grade just finding my way. In a city full of nothing but im changing today. LIke Dr. King im free at last, But my mind just need the faith. Time is tickin. Like a clock anit no time for waiting 1,000 dollar scholarship. anit no time patience. Motor city where crime rate is higher then drugs. Im tired of these thugs. I strive to be a lawyer or judge. So by any means neccesary im gone take this chance. becasue win or lose you heard a heart beat from a young men.

You do what ever you put your mind to don't let nobody stop you .Be that lawyer or judge you keep on reaching . That's what I'm talking about somebody reaching for there dreams which you are capable to reach . When you become that lawyer or judge imma look back and say look at that young man. It only take one step to change the world and you did just that in this poem !!! AMAZING POEM YOU ARE BEING A LEADER for some of these young man who haven't find there way yet .
