Dear Parents:

I wish I didn’t have to say that I’ve destroyed your little girl.

She doesn’t want to live in this cold and lonely world.

Mom:

I’ve hurt your feelings

and I’ve made your heart bleed.

I’ve caused you tons of sadness that you didn’t even need.

I’m really sorry to you for however you may feel

but I’m not going to lie and say that this letter isn’t real.

Dad:

You never called me, “angel,”

and sadly I know why.

It’s because I never treated mom right,

I’m the reason why she cries.

I’m sorry that I’m leaving you, I’ve done it too many times.

I promise this one’s the last time

‘cause this time I’m going to die.

Mom and Dad, I’ll be an angel

but even if I go to hell,

I won’t have to worry about you living your life there as well.
