Storybook of burning Pages

So the story began when you were just a seed
Loving and care is all you really need
Life is hard growing up without a loving father
Nature made it's course and it took away your mother
Sprouting as a plant water and sunshine were never there
So you gave up on blooming and in life you didn't care
As every petal dropped you let it crush in the soil
Let it dry out when the pain came to foil
As your stem broke down you just ignored its existence
Until it hurt too much to stand up you finally listened
When you finally realized the pain you infected the dirt around you
Not realizing the toxins will eventually get inside you
This is not a fairy tale this is real life
Where does the storybook go there is no clear sight
This is finally the end when all the pages bend
So you burn down all the pages and forget the hell you live in

Grab the lighter and burn the page
Smoke in the air like burning sage
This is the storybook of burning pages
Stories of the broken ones who need savin'

So the story began before you even bloomed
Deflowered too soon you didn't know what to do
You didn't know what it was, so you wilted away and shrugged
Slowly your stem became infested with bugs
And they gnawed at your insanity and they drained all your love
Yeah the love for yourself, because when he ripped off your petals, you felt it depleated your wealth
But a rose is a rose regardless of it being abused or stepped on
Its beauty still remains and its roots still kept strong
Cause even though the dirt around it was cracking and dried, the flower found enough water to keep it alive
This is not a fairy tale this is real life
Where does the storybook go there is no clear sight
This is finally the end when all the pages bend
So you burn down all the pages and forget the hell you live in

Grab the lighter and burn the page
Smoke in the air like burning sage
This is the storybook of burning pages
Stories of the broken ones who need savin'
