Stop the Violence

Madness spreads like wildfire

People bearing bruises like medals.

When will it end? When will we wake up?

I used to think it was fine,

But then I realized, we are all the same.

We are all people. Why do we fight one another?

Why do we verbally and physically put

Each other down? What's the point?

Some people seem to lust after the

Color of crimson on the pavement.

Why do we fight? No one wins in the end

Since there will always be casualties and

Growing body counts as long as there is war,

And as long as people let their

Short-sighted views be the

Dictoator of their thoughts and actions.

I encourage you to cease the

Chaos. To end the suffering.

We are all human, we are all the

Same species. Love one another.

Don't waste time fighting each other

When you never know who will die tomorrow.
