I know that it has been haet let me say the least. 

I know  what it is like to feel like giving up.

I know what it is like to feel like a burden.

I know what it is like to want to dissappear off  of the face of the earth. 

I understand your pain believe me I do. 

I understand what it feels like to have your heart broken time and time again.

But we have to stay strong not for anyone else but for ourselves.

I want you to know that it might feel like no one cares the truth is

that they are just scared.

These people don't know what the right thing to say is.

Sometimes they are just afraid of that they will lose you.

I know what it is like to lose the closest person to you .

I know what it is likes to be torn away from the arms of a loved one . 

oh trust me I know. 

I know how hard it is to live in the system .

But what I tell myself everyday is to stay strong and that change will come 

trust and believe me .
