Stay

Fri, 10/04/2013 - 17:45 -- xariel

The heat still lingers here,
And already I feel the pouring rain.

The birds still awake me,
And already I hear the bells ringing.

The hues still adorn trees
And already I see the falling leaves.

Alone, afraid, ashamed;
What storms await me, what forsaken dreams?

Heat, birds and hues: stay.
Weather the worries, abandon me not.
