Starving For You

I was hungry,

And you were my food.

A five-star, gourmet meal, no less.

I was thirsty,

And you were my drink.

Like an oasis in the desert.

I was tired,

And you were my bed.

I fell into you like Goldilocks in the woods.

I was cold,

And you were my fire.

Providing warmth and light.

I was lonely,

And you were my lover.

I can’t lose you now.
