Spirit Wolf

Glowing bright against the sky,

Running free and in the wild,

The king of all canines,

Here comes the spirit wolf.

Dancing through the stars,

Shifting the grains of time,

Distorting the veil of space,

Here comes the spirit wolf.

Watching over his sons and daughters,

Fighting fiercely for what is right.

Died and died times and again,

Yet the spirit wolf will be reborn from the snow.

Making lights dance across the sky,

Making sure the stars twinkle and shine.

Giving himself as sacrifice for food,

His blood born rivers, for all who need water.

His tears make rain,

His teeth make mountains,

His white fur falls,

As soft as the snow.

He is the spirit wolf,

And may he run across the sky,

Forever and ever.
