Sonnet to an angel

If our world's were just a little more close,
Then I'd not be solemnly writing this,
Nay, indeed I'd give this distance a grand riposte,
And say these words to your ear in grand bliss,
They say our hearts cannot conceive of That,
But in the heart of splendid me,
I know It's as true as Heaven , a fact,
Yet all my splendor not near matches thee,
In your eyes such rare novelty is found,
In your presence there is divine beauty,
And how your mind works, ever so profound,
And your humor, I must be all mens envy,
In do believe you were sent from up above,
In great pride and joy, I call you my love.
