A poem about a poem is like a song about a song

Although the concept is confusing, both have helped me along.

It is used by many artists to express and show 

that they are human too.

This form of poetry has taught me not to construe

A false image of

A normal person. 

These people have been taught to

manage their fame,

rely on their success,

and mask their face

in hope to hide their depressed

selves. 

But poetry your funny.

Though your words are put together ever so completely

your aches are intertwined ever so descretly,

but your pain disperses through the lyrics and beat,

And your listeners keep keep keep your inspiring words on repeat.

Because many can relate to your troubled past

timeless are your words and forever they’ll last.
