Slipping

Slipping into a
depression is like
watching yourself
slowly disinigrate
into an outline of
yourself, who you
were vanishes into
a cascate used to
hold your dead body
Your swimming in
sorrows and drowning
in despair, Everyone
watches as you wobble
away from safety, they
can't save you, and you
can't save you from
yourself.
