Sleep

Sleep

When I sleep I think of you

All the memories we’d been through

Everyday feels like forever

I just can't wait to sleep to see you

To see you standing there all nicely dressed

To forget our last memory and create the best

I missed you then and I still do now

I wish I could say next time I'd see you is with a crown

All the memories should count for something

But yet somehow they don’t

So I sit here in the silence waiting for you

Although I know you'll never come, all I can ever is wish

Your the one thing i've wanted back

Living my life as bestly as I ever could

Without you here it's pretty tough

You thought we’d move on but obviously not

All we can ever do is wish and pray

It wont can’t change anything but give ease

Ease to those who still miss your weird quirky little voice

Ease to those who grew up with out a father
