Skin does not have the power

To identify who someone is.

Skin has no morality, nor intelligence

It just is what it is—skin.

And yes it is different,

It comes in a range of different shades.

But look at a human from the inside,

Aren’t we all the same?

What makes us different?

Black, brown, red, yellow, white?

Is the skin I’m in wrong—or is it right?

The world I live in,

Should care not about skin.

Skin shouldn’t matter, no matter the skin you’re in. So, don’t look from the outside

Look from the in.

Instead of prejudging,

Ignore the skin.
