She dismantled my easel

She broke apart my brush

She mixed colors until they turned black

My stencil piece is in half

Growing in me is wrath

But her words pierced me faster than her laugh

I have no way to express

How she hurt me so deeply

Because she tainted the depths of my soul

She said I lacked character;

She said I lacked flavor

My definition of life is what she stole.
